Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na 2 is Comming Soon

Last summer Abbas Tyrewala's Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Na was a youth blockbuster.
Imran Khan became an instant hit and it also revived the career of Genelia D Souza who had been struggling for a while to make a mark in Bollywood and had shifted to the South.
Now the movie that made a mark is coming back with a sequel and Abbas Tyrewala has revealed the details of the sequel too.
You may recall that Jaane Tu had a quintessential Bollywood style climax with a happy ending. The buzz is that the story now will focus on the characters! of Imran and Genelia, Jai and Aditi, and the troubles they now face in their married life.
Genelia who has movies like It's My Life with Harman Baweja, Life Partner with Fardeen Khan and Hook Ya Crook with John Abraham has admitted that the movie changed her career and it would be nice to reunite with the whole team.
Abbas Tyrewala is currently working on his the film titled 1-800 Love which has his wife Paakhi opposite John Abraham and will then shift to the Jaane Tu sequel.
Now whether the movie repeats the glory of Jaane Tu or not is another story altogether.
Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka in Local Train

Kaminey - the very term that could actually invoke anybody to bash the person mouthing it, also happens to be the name of the much anticipated film that stars Shahid Kapoor alongwith the Priyanka Chopra and directed by the ever so versatile Vishal Bhardwaj.
For many days, after the announcement of the film, not even a single soul got to know of Shahid's double role in it, a much guarded secret that has now become the USP of the film! So much for irony.
The adjoining snap has Shahid in one of his ! most likeable avatars alongwith Miss Chopra, which has been shot inside of a train.
Well, the news from our reliable sources also has it that the till now chocolate boy Shahid will be seen
as someone who is totally absolutely raw, rigid and sturdy!
Not just that, even the locations in which the film has shot have been kept as rustic as possible, which includes local stations, and scarp and junkyards!
Word also has it that in this film, Priyanka plays an extremely vocal Maharashtrian girl, who believes in making herself heard. If that wasn't enough, then, hear this one.
Kaminey also marks the 'debut' of Amole Gupte as the ruthless villain.
For starters, Amole is the very name that was in eternal spotlight for quite sometime, courtesy the 'creative differences' between him and Aamir Khan, during the shoot of Taare Zameen Par.
Well, we are just having galore of reasons to yearn for that time machine as we ! just cannot wait any longer for Kaminey.
Linked Up with Kat, Later Caught On Wrong Foot - John Abraham
John Abraham seems to be running through a rough patch. The most recent mishap, and perhaps the most major of them all happened on Saturday when during shooting, John fractured his foot.
It happened while shooting a day-long cricket match for David Dhawanâs Hook Ya Crook.
Says a close friend of John, â The hard ball shot straight through the air and bang into Johnâs right foot and he heard a distinct crack. John knew something had gone awfully wrong in his foot. But he continued shooting throughout the day because he didnât want to disrupt Davidâs schedule which required special permission for outdoor shooting. â
It was only after the dayâs shooting that John, by then cringing in pain, he sat down to examine the damage.
âThe foot had swollen to twice its normal size. It wasnât just a pulled muscle or a torn ligament as John had hoped. It was a full-blown fracture. And by playing cricket on the injured foot John! made it worse, â says the friend.
After pack-up John walked to his car, drove off to the doctor who finally told John what he suspected the whole day.

Verdict passed, John was rushed to the hospital in acute pain. Now his foot is in a cast for a month.
Fortunately for the actor thereâs no shooting to be completed. The next one month is devoted to acting workshops for Abbas Tyrewala which John can somehow limp through.
But all ! his friends and family agree the last week has been tough on J! ohn.
âHe was down with a severe viral fever, followed by the whole unsavoury link-up with Katrina Kaif. Then John lost a favourite Uncle. And now his foot is fractured. Hopefully this is the climax of his crises, â says the friend.
Says John, âI really wouldnât like to talk about it. But yes, Iâm in a lot of pain. Fortunately no film is going to get affected.â
Bipasha Basu got to know about Johnâs injury on Sunday morning. John had sent her on an sms about his condition on Saturday night. But she had already gone to sleep. Now sheâs expected to rush back as soon as possible.
âItâs sad. But John was foolish to keep on playing when his foot was hurt instead of getting it checked. â

Aish & Abhi On 2nd HoneyMoon
For Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, the IIFA week could well have been a second honeymoon.
The couple, clearly very much in love in their second year of marriage, showed something rather rare in their public life otherwise - their affection for each other very publicly at the various International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards events and also during stage activities at the grand finale show at this entertainment and gambling hub that is a Special Administrative Region of China.
In the company of Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan most of the time as they walked the green carpets at the three nightly events that saw hundreds of fans behind barriers screaming for autographs and a handshake, the couple readily obliged.
Aishwarya even playfully pulled Abhishek along by the hands at one stage when she thought he was taking too long in moving along as he chatted to the media.
But it was during the awards ceremony Saturday night that th! e couple revelled in their love for each other amidst their performances on stage.

"Baby, you're the best, " Abhishek said off the stage as he accepted the award for the Best Comic Role playing a pseudo-gay character in the hit film Dostana last year.
Earlier, when Aishwarya got the award for outstanding achievement by an Indian in global cinema, she said in her thanks to all her family: "You're the best husband!"
Towards the end of the show, as Abhishek danced through the 15, 000-seater packed auditorium, he st! opped by Aishwarya's seat and even got her to jump up and danc! e with h im in front of her seat.
When Abhishek broke down and choked with emotion about he had aspired to be like his father when he saw Amitabh's role in "Amar Akbar Anthony" as a child, the shared emotion was clear on Aishwarya's face shown on the screens around the arena. And every time that he laughed or joked, she showed great joy too.
The same was true for Abhishek whenever Aishwarya was on stage, and the huge crowd lapped it all up with thunderous applause.
The love story that was the toast of Bollywood two years ago clearly continues to make waves.

Bollywood Will Accept Ekta Chaudhary?
An unconventional Miss India with short hair and six tattoos, Ekta Chaudhary wonders if Bollywood is ready to accept her atypical looks and personality in case she decides to follow in the footsteps of many of her famous predecessors.
She also sees an element of "racism" in no Asian girl making it to the final 15 of the Miss Universe pageant in the Bahamas last month.
"I am not like other models who have long hair. I have six tattoos and I am not planning to grow my hair in the near future. This makes me very different from my contemporaries and even if I wish to work in Bollywood some day, I'm wondering whether there would be a role to suit my unconv! entional looks, " Ekta told in an interview.
"If yes, then I don't mind working in a film, especially if it is opposite Abhay Deol. I just love him. He is simply superb and a very good actor as well, " she said.
Ekta participated in the Miss Universe contest in the Bahamas last month but failed to get into the last 15.
While she was sad at not making it to the top, Ekta said that representing India at the international level was an honour in itself.
"Well, I felt sad but not really disappointed. I was there to represent India and it was an honour for me to do so. What was disheartening was that none of the Asian girls made it to the final 15. It was a shock for all of us, " the 22-year-old beauty said.
"There were definitely many beautiful girls around. But aren't Asian girls beautiful? There should have been at least one Asian girl in the final list. It is ridiculous! If such things happen in an international pageant then we have every right to call them racist, " she added.
According to Ekta, the women who were eliminated from the list of the finalists were not given a fair chance.
"We didn't get the opportunity to walk the ramp in front of millions of people...be it the audience or the people back home glued to their television screens. The decision was made and people didn't even get to see us. It was not at all fair because at least one should have got the opportunity to watch us on the ramp, " the Miss India rued.
The leggy lass now plans a return to the ramp as she calls it her "first love".
"I love walking on the ramp. I just love it. You can also call it my first love. Very soon you will see me on the ramp! . Also I would like to do some commercials but the most important thing for me right now is to start looking out for international projects. Let's see what happens, " Ekta said.
The Miss India has earlier walked the ramp for Ritu Kumar, Zubair Kirmani and designer duo Rahul-Gunjan amongst others.
Adnan Injured, Jermaine Escaped?
It looks like the music video featuring Jermaine Jackson and Adnan Sami paying a tribute to the various sights sounds and scales of Mumbai city is jinxed. Initially permission was denied to shoot in certain sensitive parts of Mumbai apparently because both Adnan and Jermaine are not Indian citizens.
Adnan had to use all his influence to get shooting permission at places like the Gateway Of India.
Then last week on the day when the video was to be shot the rains washed away all of Adnan and Jermaineâs plans.
Finally on Friday the shooting started in various parts of the Mumbai. The last day of shooting on Sunday almost ended in catastrophe was Adnan was i! njured in the sea waters near the Gateway Of India.
On Sunday a speedboat speeded a little too fast in the sea-waters near the Gateway Of India and singer Adnan Sami who was shooting with Jermaine Jackson for a music video was badly hurt.
âNothing to worry about, though. Iâll be repaired in no time at all, â said Adnan from his home a day after the injury.
So what happened? Adnan tries to play down the potentially calamitous sequence of events when the boat was shot tearing the sea waters and heading towards the Gateway.
âI guess the man navigating the boat took his job a little too seriously. He was moving too fast through the ! water and the boat almost toppled over and turned turtle. I wa! s knocke d against a hard surface in the boat.â
Adnanâs left had and thumb were badly injured. âFortunately there are no fractures. But the pain and swelling were alarming. I couldnât move my hand. But we had to continue shooting because we had no permission to shoot in that area beyond Sunday.â
Adnan shot through the pain, with painkiller- shots to vitiate the pain.
âIâm just thankful that Jermaine wasnât in the boat when it almost capsized. That wouldâve been one helluva story heâd have carried back home, â chuckled Adnan from his home where heâs now recovering.
